Breah Executive Search Team was founded in 2017 on a simple belief: the best hire is rarely the most available one, and you cannot find the right person until you truly understand the company they are joining.
We are a boutique firm, and we keep it that way on purpose. A smaller book means we can look at our clients as long-term business partners rather than transactions. We learn the character and culture of your organization, your goals, and what sets you apart, and we put that understanding to work on every search.

Our founder
Ronit Benarieh
Founder & Director
Ronit has been recruiting since 2005, more than 20 years across nursing and healthcare, oil and gas, real estate development, life sciences, and tech, including bio, AI, SaaS and startups. She founded BEST in 2017. Her team is made up of recruiters with more than 50 years of combined experience, and they work together as partners.
She started out building her own nurse recruiting firm, Medical Pro Solutions, which was acquired by Newport Search Group. Newport brought her on to launch its healthcare division, and once it was established and growing, she moved into oil and gas recruiting. When the energy market turned in 2016, she started BEST and built it around real estate development and home building, where she still has long-standing clients.
Today much of her work is with AI, tech and bio startups, including Israeli companies bringing their products to the U.S. market. Based in San Diego with deep ties to Israel, she finds the right people wherever they are.
What sets her apart is who she chooses to work with. Ronit takes on clients whose mission she believes in, led by people of high integrity. She keeps her client list small on purpose, so each company gets her full attention. She becomes a true partner, learns the company from the inside, and sells its vision to the top talent who can make it happen.
She moves fast, and she delivers. Outside of work, she loves to travel and show her kids the world.

BEST stands for Breah Executive Search Team, and the team is the point. We are close-knit and hands-on, and we bring that to every client relationship.
Based in San Diego, California, we have dedicated practices in startups and emerging tech; residential real estate development; energy and oilfield services; and a specialist practice for Israeli companies commercializing in the U.S. market.
